The starter edition: a site built on the Bitrix engine, an online store, and CRM. Of the corporate features, only extranet (access for external users) is included — online collaborative document editing and multi-department support are not here; they appear starting with "Corporate Portal". Cloud backup — from 15 GB.

Box license renewal
A Bitrix24 box license is time-limited and valid for 12 months: throughout that period you receive product updates and technical support. Once the term ends, the portal keeps working, but updates stop until you purchase a renewal.
Applies if you renew before your current license expires (or within a short grace window afterward). The most cost-effective option — worth keeping your license expiration date on your radar.
If the discounted window is missed, renewal costs the same as a new license for the same edition. It is still worth renewing — it is the only way to restore updates and official technical support.
- A discounted renewal extends the license by 1 year from the current license's expiration date — renewing early does not forfeit the remaining time.
- A standard renewal extends the license by 1 year from the renewal activation date.
- You cannot purchase a 2-year renewal upfront.
- The license can be renewed only once within a year.

What is the difference between Bitrix24 cloud and box?
Cloud is SaaS: Bitrix24 is hosted on the vendor's servers, billed by subscription, with automatic updates. Box is a license to install on your own server: full control over your data and, in the higher editions, open source code for custom development — but the server and updates become your responsibility, or your contractor's.
Is VAT already included in the prices on this page?

What happens if I do not renew the box license on time?

Can we move to an edition with a higher user count?
Yes, for CRM and Corporate Portal — by upgrading to a higher edition and paying the difference. Expanding beyond an edition's user limit is only possible in Enterprise.
Can we buy the license directly from Bitrix24 and hire you only for implementation?
