A borrower check request to the credit bureau — from a public page straight into the CRM

Client: Agricultural lending, NDA Category: Integrations Stack: Bitrix24 (boxed, REST webhook), PHP 8.1, SOAP (ext-soap), First Credit Bureau services, JavaScript Timeline: tight deadline
Problem

The company needed to test an idea quickly: an applicant fills out a form on the website, the application immediately becomes a deal in the CRM, and the borrower check with the credit bureau runs from the same process — with no manual re-entry of IIN/BIN and crop data.

Constraints

A tight deadline; the credit bureau services were integrated from the technical documentation, and borrower and guarantor data had to be validated before submission.

What I did
  • A public form page: purchase year and crop are pulled from the deal field dictionaries, and the area accepts integers only
  • IIN/BIN validation by checksum (12 digits, two weight sets) — both in the browser and on the server
  • Several guarantors in one application, each IIN/BIN validated separately
  • The application creates a deal in the right pipeline via a REST webhook; after submission, a digital-signature window opens
  • A credit bureau SOAP client: batch data upload (XML → ZIP → base64), upload status, report retrieval, an optional REST mode
  • A client for the credit bureau's satellite field-monitoring service: authorization with token refresh, a request by IIN/BIN, the report result and request history
Architecture
Public form → IIN/BIN validation → Bitrix24 deal (REST) → Digital signature → Credit bureau service clients
Result

An application from a public page becomes a deal in the CRM, borrower and guarantor data are validated before submission, and the credit bureau service clients are packaged as separate libraries and reused.

What can be reused
IIN/BIN checksum validation (JS and PHP) Credit bureau SOAP client: batches, status, reports Client for the credit bureau's satellite field-monitoring service
