Order, shipment and documents for the florist and courier — with one button from the deal
After placing an order in the CRM, the manager re-entered it in MoySklad, created a shipment and prepared separate sheets for the florist and the courier. Every order meant extra manual work and a risk of mixing up the address, delivery time or the recipient's wishes.
Products in the CRM and MoySklad were not linked; the deal amount with discounts did not match the sum of line items to the cent; delivery time came from the CRM with a time-zone shift, and print templates live in MoySklad and can be deleted.
- Deal products are looked up in MoySklad by SKU, and missing ones are created on the fly — the catalog fills itself
- A customer order with delivery date and time, address, recipient and wishes — from deal fields, with the time-zone correction
- Cent adjustment: the difference between the line-item sum and the deal amount is moved into the price of the first item, so the MoySklad total matches the CRM
- A shipment based on the order with the same items and delivery address
- Two print forms from MoySklad templates — for the florist and for the courier — exported to PDF and attached to the deal
- An error at any step shows up as a red comment on the deal card: the manager sees right away what went wrong
Placing an order in MoySklad came down to one button: the order, the shipment and two ready PDFs appear on the deal card, and the florist and the courier each work from their own sheet. The production version was released in February 2025.
