An employee service portal: a process catalog, HR forms and expense requests
Employees did not know where or how to file a request: there were more than a dozen smart processes for HR and expenses, the stock CRM card was cluttered with service fields, and requests were filled in with errors or duplicated in chats.
Stock boxed Bitrix24 only, no external services; CRM permissions and pipeline robots had to fire exactly as with manual creation; the interface is bilingual and runs inside the Bitrix24 slider.
- The process catalog shows an employee only the smart processes they have CRM read permission for; a visibility admin panel by user and department
- 12 HR forms: vacation, recall from vacation, financial aid, transfer, grading, business trip, recruiting, hiring, clearance sheet, résumé, idea exchange, "happy employee"
- An expense request form: budget item, amount, payment due date, branch, payment method, contracts and invoices as attachments
- Items are created via D7 Factory on behalf of the user: the CRM operation checks permissions, and pipeline robots start after creation
- CSRF protection, catalog and list caching, a preflight check before rollout, a health page and a log of created requests
- A Russian and Kazakh interface; forms open in the Bitrix24 slider and close after submission
An employee files an HR request or an expense request from a single catalog, in a clear form and in their own language, and the request goes straight into the right pipeline and starts approval — exactly as with manual creation in the CRM.
