Car selection and deal processing right in the CRM
At an automotive marketplace, a sales manager ran a deal in three places at once: stock was checked in a separate spreadsheet, the work order was signed on paper, and payment status came from a call to accounting. While one step was being sorted out, the client could walk to another dealer.
Vehicle stock changes in real time, the two contract types have different legal terms and paperwork, and different payment methods (cash/transfer/credit/trade-in) need different fields and attachments.
- Vehicle and add-on selection right inside the deal card — no switching to other systems
- A live link to stock and the work order from 1C
- Extra approval modals with one-click triggers right on the deal
- A custom payment-type field (cash/transfer/credit/trade-in) that swaps the field and document set on the fly
- Receiving payment data and tracking payment status on the deal card
- A "Current stock" section for ~3,400 cars: three tabs — new, used and a combined list, the same filters as in selection, XLSX export
- Business-process robots for reservations: releasing a reservation on rejection does not touch a car held by another deal with a preliminary contract
A manager closes the deal without leaving the card: from choosing the car to payment and the contract — in one window, every step visible and nothing lost between departments.
